ARTICLE 1 : Object

The present “terms of use” aim at the legal framework of the use of Yooth Nation website (www.yoothnation.com) and its services.

This contract is concluded between:

Any person or compagny wishing to access the website and its services, hereinafter referred as “the User”.

The following services are not accessible to the User unless he is a member of the website (that is, he has been identified by his login credentials):

This contract is subject to United Arab Emirates law.
In case of unresolved dispute between the User and the Publisher, the courts of Dubai are competent to settle the dispute.
